土曜日はミニ同窓会＠Cravings。７月４日という事もあり、Cravingsのその日の料理のテーマは「アメリカ独立記念日」。という事でコーンブレッド、リブ、コブサラダ、アメリカの旗のケーキ等次々とおいしい料理が。アメリカから遊びに来てるTinaと旦那さんのCarlも大満足してた。いつもいつも美味しい料理＆場所を提供してくれてありがとMiri!
Tinaはニューヨーク在住。８月末にニューヨークに行くから会えると思ってたのに、PhD取って、無事「ドクター」になった彼女は８月からテキサスに引っ越して、大学で教授として働く事に。きゃ〜すごい！教授だよ、教授！とりあえず東京で会えてよかった！
Tina was in town with her hubby Carl so some of the class of 94ers got together at Cravings for a mini reunion. Since we got together on July 4th, Craving's theme of the day was "Independence Day" so we had some great all american eats. Miri's corn breads are to die for, and her cobb salad... Actually whatever you eat at Cravings, you just can't go wrong! Thanks for the awesome food and having us over Miri!
I am so glad I was able to catch Tina in Tokyo. I thought I could meet her in NYC when I visit in August but she got a teaching job at an university in Texas and will be moving in August. So I wouldn't have been able to gotten together in August... Good thing she came back to Tokyo for a bit ;)
